The mission of our organization is to educate the public about medical marijuana. Marijuana is a relatively safe and effective therapeutic agent for a wide variety of diseases, symptoms and conditions. It should be available to any patient who can benefit from it. No patient should suffer needlessly without it, and no patient should ever go to jail for following the advice of a doctor.

House Bill 1453 introduced by Delegate Curt Anderson (D-Baltimore) will look to end the prohibition on marijuana and regulate its recreational possession, use and sale for adults over the age of 21 in the state of Maryland.
