CO: Help stop the possible erosion of our Constitution Rights Dead in its tracks, PLEASE

PLEASE HELP STOP Senate Concurrent Resolution 3 (SCR 3) DEAD IN ITS TRACKS!!

Senate Concurrent Resolution 3 (SCR 3) makes it more difficult for grassroots organizations to run initiatives by making the petition drive more difficult and expensive. These changes won?t stop big moneyed special interests, but it will make it more difficult for grassroots groups who rely on volunteers.

When the legislature fails to act for our environment and in our democracy, we should have a say in at the ballot box. For three years running, the legislature failed to pass a renewable electricity standard to invest in wind and solar power. It took a vote of the people to turn the ship around toward a clean energy future.
