FLAMME
(Floridians Advocating Medical Marijuana Education)
FLAMME brings a non-confrontational approach to the challenge of legalizing medical marijuana in Florida. Instead of protesting harsh laws (preaching to the choir), we hope to create an environment more suitable for passing medical marijuana legislation through activities such as writing to state legislators, explaining why we believe medical marijuana is beneficial. FLAMME wants to humanize the issue. We are open to trying other strategies, and are willing to work with existing groups on projects that will bring us closer to our common goal. Our meetings combine business with pleasure, because we want to meet new people and make new friends.
We DO NOT advocate our meetings as a place to score. Anyone found doing so will be eliminated from further meetings.
